These striking earrings were designed by a young Bethlehem entrepreneur and artist, Nadya Hazbunova. They feature three crosses, Christianity’s symbol of the sacrificial love of God shown in the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus.

Nadya’s vision was to give the ancient Bethlehem craft of olive wood carving a modern edge. Also allowing it to be more accessible for people around the world. Olive wood is a durable, dense and high quality wood with grains of colors ranging from cream through pink to black. Nadya tries to manipulate the surface of the wood as little as possible, to stay true to the beauty of the natural grains. She likes to claim that the jewelry in her collection is partially her own design and partially nature’s.
