Shipping and Delivery
All our orders are carefully packaged and delivered to an Israel Post shipping center in Jerusalem via a Bethlehem-based Logistics company.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the zone of your country, availability of your items, and the shipping options you choose.
Due to the limitations of the Logistics company in Bethlehem, orders are shipped on Sundays and Wednesdays. Please contact us with a special request if you have a very urgent deadline and we’ll try to help you out! But we cannot guarantee that orders will be shipped any earlier than 2 or 3 days from time of order.
A staff member will contact you within 2 days if unforeseen circumstances might delay the shipment of your item.
Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
BBC’s The Star Bazaar is not responsible for replacing lost packages if Israel Post can verify the package was delivered. We provide an email with a tracking number once the package leaves our facility so that you are aware of the approximate delivery date.
