These beautiful earrings are part of a sterling silver collection designed by Janette Al-Ama, a Christian-Palestinian cancer survivor. In her new zest for life, for her handcrafted jewelry she draws on Scripture as well as the history and biodiversity of the Holy Land.
Whereas grapes represent the blood of Christ and a vineyard represents the mission field, the vine is a reference to Christ:
John 15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
